I don’t have perfect nails and am not really into manicures. But I do love nail polish and somehow have a disgustingly large collection.
In my Ipsy September Glambag, I received a nail polish by Pretty Woman NYC in color “Girl Boss.” The color looked interesting – a grayish purple. So I clipped and filed my ragged nails and put it on. And it went on SOOOO easily! I was mesmerized by how easy it was to apply. So even. No bubbles or bumps. Just smooth, thick, rich, shiny color. Wow.
I’m in love with this shade and this brand of polish. I had never heard of Pretty Woman NYC until my September Ipsy bag. But this is not the last polish from them I will be buying. Their website says it is sold at Walmart among other places and they are quite cheap – $7.99. You can see what other lovely polish colors they offer here!
My IRO Starye’s arrived from Blue & Cream! They are true unicorn mermaid shoes. Holographic, iridescent, amazing. They are SOOO pretty… And sooo small.. I mean, my foot fits in them, but I wish I got a 1/2 size bigger… But they were final sale and I love them. So. I’m keeping them. For now… I’ll have to test these out at some point. Damn, I wish they were a touch bigger! Anyone with a US size 7 shoe out there who is interested in them in case they don’t fit?!?! Aaaa! They are so pretty!!!
I scored these super amazing holographic Adidas Superstars off eBay the other day – totally new and awesome! Took a gamble with the sizing and they fit! Yesssss!
I can’t wait to wear these with distressed light blue denim jeans and a white tee. I love anything holographic these days and these are super special!!!
For those of you who are curious about sizing – this is a size 6.5 and I usually fit a 7.5, so I actually did go a full size down. Before bidding, I did a quick Google search about sizing and came across this tip. Many people out there talked of going a full size down.
Not being able to try on shoes and buying them based on reviews about sizing can be risky. Like the time I purchased a pair of Pour La Victoire heels a full size up based on reviews. Those ended up being sold, sadly, since they were a full size too big…
Nails Inc. Cornwall Gardens with Primrose Street layered on top – a totally beautiful iridescent look! And my new Nails Inc Tootsie Tamer foot-scrub in a lovely rose gold.
I used Nails Inc Nail Kale Basecoat, followed by Cornwall Gardens – one layer – then a coat of Primrose Street followed by the Nails Inc top coat.
Rose gold bobby pins and a drink tumbler from Ban.do – my latest little shopping haul. Ban.do has the most awesome stuff. I’ve jumped right into the rose gold trend, and so has Ban.do. I can’t wait to flash these bobby pins in my hair. And the tumbler! I’ll have to hang onto it as I run around town being busy. We are all very busy and why not say it on your cup!
Check out the Ban.do site here.
I love Alice + Olivia.
I love their Basquiat collab project pieces even more!
Welcome to my Poshmark closet!
These are a few of the items I have listed for sale.
As you know, I have a problem with having too much stuff. I’ve started to sell my closet overflow on Poshmark. So far, Poshmark has been easy to use and quite addictive.
The thing about Postmark I like most is the easy shipping. You get a USPS shipping label, USPS will deliver shipping boxes for you to use, and they will also come and pick up the item for delivery. This eliminates entirely the step of going to a post office in person to send the items! This is ideal for a busy person.
The addictive part about Postmark is following closets. There are thousands of people on Poshmark and you can follow anyone you want. You ideally would like to get more followers too so more people can see the things you upload.
There are many features of Postmark I am still exploring. Overall, it is a great platform. You can link it to Pinterest and other social-media type sites too.
